On October 30, 2024, an American MQ-9 Reaper drone launched a Hellfire missile that struck a glowing orb near the coast of Yemen. According to newly released radar video, the missile appeared to ricochet off the object without destroying it and continued flying. Journalist George Knapp explained that this incident belongs to a vast library of censored UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) videos (New York Post, The Sun).

In the same hearing, Air Force veteran Dylan Borland testified that in 2012, he witnessed a triangular, silent object hovering near Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. He described the craft as a molten-gold color, giving off electronic interference and static electricity, and said the encounter created subsequent career trouble (The Sun).
At the moment, there is no feasible evidence to link these incidents to any known planet of our Solar System or beyond. No flight path or spatial origin data were provided that would relate these UAPs to a planetary source. The survival of the sphere following a point-blank Hellfire missile attack and the advanced capabilities of the triangular craft demonstrate engineering beyond known Earth or planetary technology. There are also no corroborative astronomical observations that show objects from other planets coming to Earth in this way.
Although speculative, some hypothetical explanations based on physics and current technology are as follows. One theory is that they could be exotic extraterrestrial vehicles with technologies entirely beyond human capacity, perhaps non-terrestrial in origin. Another possibility is that they are secretly developed earthly vehicles, extremely classified military or test platforms with new materials or defenses such as stealth or electromagnetic shielding. A third theory points to plasma effects, where rare charged plasma forms, like those documented in the UK’s Project Condign, might cause illusions of solid vehicles or absorb impacts (Wikipedia). Finally, sensor or video anomalies cannot be ruled out, as visual or radar anomalies can be caused by sensor limitations, processing errors, or effects like parallax (The War Zone, ABC News).
What was demonstrated today was a missile striking and appearing to ricochet off an orb off the coast of Yemen, and testimony of a triangular UAP witnessed in 2012. Nothing in the evidence links these events to any planet. Possible explanations range from mysterious physics or technology, to extremely advanced stealth aircraft, to plasma effects in the atmosphere, or sensor glitches.
The word extraterrestrial literally translates to “outside of Earth.” Extra means outside or other than. Terrestrial means on Earth, derived from the Latin terra, which means land or earth. Therefore, extraterrestrial refers to anything that originates from or is outside of our planet Earth. Examples include extraterrestrial life, meaning living organisms that reside on planets other than Earth or in outer space, and extraterrestrial objects, such as meteors, asteroids, or spacecraft that do not originate on Earth. In everyday language, extraterrestrial is usually used to mean aliens or people from another planet.
