Violent Antifa Attack on Seattle Church Sparks Outrage

A Peaceful Day of Worship Turns Violent

This past week, Democrat activists attacked a worship service of an evangelical church in Seattle, bloodying the faces of teenagers, children, and elderly attendees. Several people, including police officers, were hospitalized as a result of this violent incident. Shockingly, Seattle’s Democrat leadership, including the mayor and city council, publicly supported the violent criminals involved.

The events echo the prophetic words of Isaiah: “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” This attack recalls the case of Catholic hero David Daleiden, who went undercover at Planned Parenthood and caught officials discussing the illegal sale of fetal body parts. Rather than prosecuting Planned Parenthood, then-Attorney General Kamala Harris targeted Daleiden, imprisoning him and suppressing the damning footage.

Antifa’s Disruption of Christian Charity

The attacked Seattle church, whose name is withheld to avoid further harassment, was hosting a peaceful event: distributing free groceries, bicycles, and haircuts to the community. The day was meant for prayer and worship—a showcase of Christian love. Then Antifa arrived.

Antifa, a violent offshoot of the far-left, has roots similar to the KKK—once affiliated with the Democratic Party after slavery was abolished. While branding themselves as anti-fascists, Antifa has consistently deployed fascist tactics. Much like Black Lives Matter’s founding declaration to dismantle the nuclear family, these groups often mask radical agendas behind social causes.

Antifa activists assaulted peaceful Christians, punching them, throwing urine-filled water balloons, and inciting chaos. Multiple police officers were injured trying to control the violence. Despite this, the Democrat mayor praised the LGBTQ+ community and blamed the Christians for provoking unrest.

Testimonies That Challenge the Narrative

Attendees shared powerful transformations—stories of deliverance from addiction, abuse, and confusion about gender identity. Some teens shared how they were misled into transitioning and how God restored their identity. These testimonies challenged mainstream narratives, prompting rage from extremist groups.

Political Bias Against Religious Freedom

The Biden administration has ignored repeated attacks on churches and pro-life centers. In fact, peaceful protesters have been jailed under his Justice Department. Even an 89-year-old Nazi concentration camp survivor faced a potential 20-year sentence for praying outside an abortion clinic.

When Donald Trump took office, he pardoned many of these peaceful protesters and condemned the weaponization of the Justice Department. Though not always viewed as a model Christian, Trump has been hailed as the strongest presidential protector of religious freedom in decades.

Now, Seattle’s mayor is threatening to ban future Christian gatherings in public parks—despite allowing Antifa and Black Lives Matter to take over parts of the city, burn businesses, and assault civilians in 2020. No major arrests or consequences followed.

Who Are These Activists?

Antifa’s supposed oppressed fighters are often privileged elites. One Antifa leader, exposed on Tucker Carlson, turned out to be a Harvard professor from a wealthy background. These activists claim speech is violence and use that as justification for physical attacks.

A Spiritual War, Not Just Political

Ephesians reminds us: “We wrestle not against flesh and blood.” The Christian response must be both prayer and action. Faith without works is dead. Christians must vote and engage politically while showing love, even to those who hate them.

One former Disney server shared how gay pride events at the park included openly lewd acts, shocking even liberal employees. These behaviors are increasingly normalized, yet they reflect the moral decay warned about in Romans 1:22–32.

Pope Francis has declared that transgender ideology is demonic, arguing that Satan cannot create and therefore tries to possess and distort. After transitioning, suicide rates often spike—a tragic indicator that the promised healing never arrives.

Love as Christ Loved

We must love our enemies. As Father Blake Britton preached, Christ’s command isn’t just to love as ourselves—but as He loved us. We must pray for grace, live sacramental lives, and be light in a dark world.

This attack was not just political; it was spiritual warfare. Christians were assaulted for doing good—offering love, help, and hope. The darkness could not stand the light. We must be people of both prayer and political engagement.

God bless
